Sometimes we reach a moment in life when the ways we’ve been moving through the world no longer feel sustainable. Grief, transition, exhaustion, or a quiet inner knowing can signal that something within us is asking for attention, care, and renewal.

For these scenarios and many more, one-on-one sessions offer a gentle space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom, with thoughtful guidance and reflection along the way.

These conversations are not about “fixing” you or pushing toward a particular outcome. Instead, they are an opportunity to explore what you’re experiencing with curiosity, compassion, and presence. Together, we create a space where insight, healing, and new possibilities can emerge naturally.

My Approach

The work we do together is guided by the principles of Sacred Renewal: compassion, guidance, and support.

Sessions combine thoughtful inquiry with simple, embodied practices that help reconnect the mind and body. Depending on what feels supportive in the moment, this might include:

  • reflective conversation and guided inquiry

  • breath awareness and grounding practices

  • mindfulness and presence

  • gentle somatic exploration

  • guided imagery and visioning

  • ritual and ceremony

Each session unfolds in response to what you are experiencing. There is no rigid structure—only a shared intention to listen carefully to what your life is asking of you.

This brief conversation gives us a chance to connect, talk about what you're navigating, and see whether this work feels like a good fit.

There is no pressure to continue after the call. It simply provides an opportunity to connect and see whether this work feels supportive for you.

Step 2: Opening Session

If we decide to continue, our first full session provides space to explore your experiences more deeply and begin shaping a path forward.

During this conversation we may:

  • explore what you're currently navigating

  • clarify intentions for the work

  • introduce practices that may support you between sessions

To allow the space and time needed to understand your story and what support might look like, this is a 60-minute session.

Step 3: Ongoing Sessions

Ongoing sessions create space to reflect on your experiences, deepen insight, and integrate new ways of relating to your life. Some people meet occasionally when they need support, while others choose a more regular rhythm for deeper exploration. Continuing sessions may be 30 or 60 minutes.

30-minute sessions provide a focused space for reflection, integration, and continued support.

60-minute sessions provide more spaciousness for deeper exploration and personal transformation.

Session Investment and Booking

To help make this work accessible while supporting the sustainability of Sacred Renewal, sessions are offered using a tiered pricing model. You are invited to choose the tier that best reflects your current financial situation. No explanation is required.

Supported — for those experiencing financial limitations

Standard — reflects the true cost of the work

Supporter — helps make lower-cost sessions possible for others

Because meaningful change often unfolds over time, a limited number of individual sessions are available. Many people find that working together over several conversations provides deeper support and integration.

If you are purchasing a 30-minute package, you will need to also purchase a 60-minute single session; all opening sessions are 60 minutes
